This baby Tawny-crested Tanager (Tachyphonus delatrii) was briefly removed from the nest and measured by an ornithologist who was tracking patterns of predation on the nests of this species. Note: the bird was NOT harmed! Braulio Carrillo National Park, Costa Rica
